PCB connectors are used to link different printed circuit boards to one another, or to allow a cable to be connected to a PCB. Our range of TE Connectivity, PCB Connector Housings form part of the Universal MATE-N-LOK series. A typical application for a connector housing is to provide a receptacle for connectors when they are mounted to a printed circuit board. These types of fittings are an essential component that offer protection for the connection it is housing. Features and Benefits. • Made from flame retardant UL94V-2 or UL94V-0 nylon. • Each connector housing feature snap-lock latches, which allows for a quick release and polarization. (resulting in accurate mating) • Pin and socket contacts can be fitted in to any of the Universal MATE-N-LOK Connector Housings. • For use with Universal MATE-N-LOCK contacts.
