A silicone-insulated etched foil heater provides even heat distribution, and its insulated with 50 mm of high-density rock wool for minimal transference of heat to the base. The thermostat regulates temperatures between 0°C and +150°C, and an IP40 rating means its protected against small tools and wires greater than 1 mm. Its powered by a flexible armoured cable thats 2 m in length. Youll find this base drum heater useful for heating and reducing the viscosity of liquids in drums up to 200 litres.
